Q: Is there any specification for the setting of username and password?
A:
 The password has to be a minimum of 6 digits; it can either be alphabet or number.
Q: What can I do if I have forgotten the password and username?
A:
 On the log in page, there would be an area for you to fill in your email address and your username and password will be sent to you.
Q: Can I change my profile?
A:
 Yes, after you log in you can edit it.
Q: I have successfully registered but I have filled in the wrong email address, what can I do?
A:
 Yes. If email address is changed, an activation code will be sent, please make sure the email address is valid
