Q: How to register as a buyer?
A:
Click on the "Join Now" button and fill in the required fields. Please remember that your address, contact number and email address is important as they will be used for delivery and confirmation purposes. Once your account has been verified, you are able to make purchases on MoreFun.com.au.
Q: What if I can not receive the registration confirmation email?
A:
Please check your junk mail folder if the email cannot be found. To ensure you don't miss any important emails, please add morefun.com.au to your safe sender list.
Q: If I pay online, can I pick up the item/s in-store?
A:
No. If you pay online, you can only choose "by delivery".
Q: What can I benefit from picking up by myself?
A:
Find your nearest partner store and pick up in store could save you money and waiting time. No paper, No plastic using on wrapping! 100% environmental friendly choice! After hour pick-up service is provided!
Q: Do you offer shipping discounts if I buy more than one item?
A:
Yes, we do. The more items you order the less the delivery cost is per item.

The Delivery Fee is made up of a Base Fee plus a discount cost starting from the 2nd item in your order.
Q: Can I pay upon receiving the item?
A:
No. We only ship the item once your payment is approved. Or you can pay and self pick up in our pick up locations.
Q: Are the prices on the MoreFun website the same as those of other pickup locations?
A:
Yes. They are exactly the same and promotions are carried out simultaneously.
Q: Do your prices include GST?
A:
Yes. All products and their prices listed are GST inclusive.
Q: What payment options do you offer?
A:
If you purchase in MoreFun online store, the payment option is credit card.

If you choose to pay in our pickup locations, cash, credit card and EFTPOS are accepted.
Q: What Credit Cards do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q: How long does it take to confirm my payment if I purchase online by credit card?
A:
It is our policy not to ship any items until payment is confirmed. Payments by credit card may take up to 3 business days to confirm.
Q: What will delivery cost me?
A:
Shipping charges are based on the weight, size and destination of your parcel.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A:
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days once your payment has been approved by our Finance Dept. Then, once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be notified with your unique 'Satchel Tracking Number'.
Q: What if I entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address after I requested an order?
A:
Your incorrect address may lead to failure delivery. We strongly suggest buyers to inform our sales team to advice your correct address via email or phone call immediately.

If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, and we incur additional charges for the return shipment and then for shipment back out to your advised address, then we reserve the right to pass these additional charges that we incur onto you, as a condition of sending the parcel back to you.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A:
At this point in time we only ship to Australia.
Q: What if I have I been initially charged for products that MoreFun could not supply?
A:
All orders must be paid in full before we will process the order. In some instances, suppliers may not have stock of a product and MoreFun was not informed until after an order was placed. In these cases, the item is cancelled from the order and a refund is given by way of a cheque or credit card refund.
Q: What if I am not at home when you deliver my goods?
A:
As all our parcels are sent as registered and insured we require a signature upon delivery. Our delivery contractors (Australia ExpressPost and Couriersplease) typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.

Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you of either a post office to collect your parcel from, or in the case of a courier delivery, a contact number to call to re-arrange the delivery.
Q: I just received my item, but it is faulty, what do I do?
A:
All products purchased from us are brand new along with standard factory warranties.

Q: Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind?
A:
No. CHANGE OF MIND is not accepted under our refund policy.
Q: Can I get an exchange if I received a faulty product?
A:
Yes. You can exchange with us within 14 days of purchase if the same item is available. If the faulty item is not available in our stock when you contact us for exchange, we will assist you for further warranty claims. We do not offer refund for any super bundles or promotional products.
