Q: How to register as a user?
A:
Click on the "Join Now" button and fill in the required fields. Please ensure that your address and contact number is correct and up-to date, as they will be used for delivery and order confirmation. A current email address will also be needed for the registration confirmation and any notifications which are on MoreFun to be delivered straight into your email. Please check your junk mail folder if the email cannot be found and make necessary settings of filter.
Q: Is it free to register for membership?
A:
Yes, it is totally free.
Q: Why is it compulsory to fill in your own email address?
A:
It is easier for you to check the progress for your redeemed prize.
Q: Why do I need to fill in my actual home address?
A:
Depending on the value and size of some redeemable prizes, they may need to be sent by postage.
Q: I have provided my personal email address and home address; will I receive advertisements regularly and junk emails?
A:
No, you will not. We will not reveal your personal details to a third party.
Q: Can you register a number of memberships using the same email address?
A:
No you cannot.
Q: After a successful registration, how do I activate my account?
A:
An activation email will be directly sent to you after registration and you have to click the given link and enter the code to activate your account.
Q: After registered as a member, will you have your own membership card?
A:
No, your username will be your ID for logging onto Morefun; this is a more convenient way, so there is no hassle of carrying cards, receipts, mail-backs.
Q: How come I cannot receive the activate email?
A:
Check your junk mail first, if it’s not there, please go back to your profile to check if you have made a mistake in providing your email address.
Q: After I have registered as a member, how do I log on?
A:
Every time when you log onto a computer at a participating store, the log on screen will appear automatically.
Q: Can the user name be changed?
A:
No it can not be changed under any circumstances.
